Our firm was established as Yelpaze Textile in 1989, Bursa, by Turgay Ergenç, the family elder, who took his higher education in the field of textiles. In 1990’s the firm was active in 2 main sectors; fancy fabrics manufacturing for ladies wear and apparel industry.

The second generation sons, who received their higher education in the field of textile engineering, revised the company’s current stance and gathered it under TEOTEX and started its activities in the clothing, upholstery(outdoor), contract, technical textile, agricultural textiles and aquaculture textiles(mussel nets).
